A good website you can relay on
Introduction
Hello people, for those of you who don’t know about me, my name is laurie Jayne André. I'm a student in Medical Electrophysiology and it's my second year of college.
Like you, I want to be able to write and to pronounce my relatable-field word the good way.
The Problem
Let me explain the problem. During those sessions and class I have learned that we will have to analyze some electrocardiogram, some electroencephalogram and much more. It means, when I'm going to work at the hospital it will be really important to have a good writing but also a good speaking.
But unfortunately if you can't explain well, you will lose credibility and the doctor might not understand what you are explaining.
For example, suppose you need to explain the electrocardiogram, which is a record of your electrical signal from your heart, so we can check different heart condition, you will need to explain if the beats are normal and why it's normal. You will also have to say if there is an anomaly and where to the doctor, so he can provide the best care to the patient. That's why our pronunciations better be clear.
However, if you are like me, that mean you are better at writing than speaking. But don't worry this website can really help you. Yes the Virtual Writing tutor is our solution to our speaking and pronunciation. That is why I'm going to show you how to use it.
The Quest
First, open your browser. Type virtual writing into the address bar and hit enter. If you typed it correctly, you are supposed to see this page.
In the top left corner you can see the logo Virtual Writing Tutor, under the logo you have the navigation menu, in the middle of the screen you will see a box where you can write some text or words in it. When you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the definition and some explanation on how to use for example the essay checker. Oh! And at the right corner we have some option to share the page.
The Solution
Now here is where you want to go if you want to check if you have spell error and if your pronunciation is good. For example, you can write ; This patient has arrhythmia. For those of you who don’t know, an arrhythmia is a problem with the rhythm of the heartbeat. That means the heart can beat too fast, too slow, or have an irregular rhythm.
So, if you want to check if there is a spelling mistake you click on the ABC check button, scroll down, and you will see how many errors you have and correct it. On the other hand, if you want to know how to say it you click on the speech button and you will here the sentence.
The Conclusion
Well-now that I have showed you how to use the website you are able to get better at your writing but mostly at your pronunciation.
So, thank you for listening and I really recommend that you to continue using this because it's a life saver. Bye
